Current CD: Final Fantasy VII OST
Current Track: "Fighting Again" - Boss Fight Theme
I guess it's been a while. Actually that's because I've been really lazy to add anything to my journal. Good news is I've started to get back into my whole AMV mode. I hope to be starting a new one real soon. I'm just tossing around some ideas right now. I'll stick with one soon. There are a few that I want to work with but I'm just not quite sure which one to start first.
In other news, well just found out I'm going to be a mother. Wow. I never planned on having children so that was a shock, let me tell you. But for sure it's the first, last and only child. Told my family I don't want to make a big deal out of it. They have a tendency to go all crazy over babies. I've never been that way. So right now I'm just like, uh-okay. Taking it one day at a time. I do want a boy. Girls are just too much of a fuss. Besides, I'm not good with girls. So, naturally that means I'm going to have a girl. Either way, I want the kid to be into sports. But we'll see what goes on. ETA: May 3rd, 2005. Again, that's the strangest thing in my life. Every family member I've told, it took me a few tries to convince them. Some still don't believe it. May have to show them pics from the ultrasound. Oh, and of course, the father is thrilled. It's his first kid. Anyway, one day at a time.
Writing? Hmm, nothing right now. Still on a writer's block. Just wish I could get past that. Been itching to get back to drawing though. Not very good at it, but have been wanting to.
Time to finish up some stuff.

How Long Has It Been???

Current CD: Slow Tracks
Current Track: "Wicked Game", Chris Isaak
Well my computer is down. I can't seem to connect to the net. It's been three weeks now. It's driving me nuts. I'm using the library's right now.
News? Well work is work right now. I'm loving it. I'm making some good money and the people I work with are pretty cool. I'm near my two month mark with them and I haven't gotten fired yet! Good job me! I'm also on time. I'm always clocking in early. There is a God! LOL Just kidding. Though it is always difficult for me to be on time for anything.
Haven't messed with my music videos yet. Due to my comp acting up. I need to restore it. Hate having a handicap. Hopefully I'll have it going real soon. I have some pretty good ideas for more videos. As for my writing. Nothing yet. I'm trying to get back into it. OOOH. Halloween costume contest at work. $100 to first place, $75 for second and $50 for third. I'm going as one of my characters from one of my upcoming stories. Just hoping to score some contacts. Solid white ones.
Anyway, I did go to the Linkin Park concert. It was awesome! I swear I fell in love with Mike Shinoda. They did the intro to "Breaking The Habit", strictly piano and Chester singing the first verse and chorus. It was beautiful. I loved it. I nearly cried. That is one thing I find extremely attractive about a man, the ability to play the piano. I love that instrument. Now everytime I listen to that song it takes me back to the concert.
Well, have some business to take care of.

"Where Have All The Cowboys Gone?"-Can't remember who sang that.

Current CD: Slow Music Mix
Current Track: "I Knew I Loved You", Savage Garden
Damn! I went to the Toby Keith concert last night with my aunt and my cousin. We had some damn good seats too. I've been wanting to see him in concert for the longest time. It was awesome. Course, I also had a few beers and that got me going. I didn't get to take my camera though. It was on the ticket, 'No cameras'. That sucks. But when I get there, everyone had cameras and was taking pictures. Damn it, and double damn it. Scotty Emerick and Terri Clark opened for him. Both were good. Terri was awesome. I love Scotty's work; He writes with Toby so I like the songs they write together. Anyway, I heard Terri Clark's song "Girls Lie Too" for the first time. That song is hilarious. She also sang a song, I think it was called, "I Think The World Needs A Drink". That was pretty cool. Linkin Park, KoRn and Snoop are coming at the end of the month. That's the one I want to go see. I've been dying to see Linkin Park in concert for the longest time. I like KoRn too. If I go, I'm going to try my best to keep myself from getting kicked out for throwing myself on stage. Hello Mike Shinoda! Di-zamn! He's hot. Hopefully I'll get to go. Don't know, if this new job, IF I get this knew job, will give me that night off. It's a Tuesday night.
For some reason I remember there being more hot cowboys at these things. Hmmm, where have they gone?

"Ah how much might the man deserve of me, that would right her!"-Beatrice, Shakespeare's 'Much Ado About Nothing'

No CD right now.
Went to the zoo today. That was pretty cool. My cousin and my niece are in town so we took them, along with my other cousin and nephew. That was hilarious. I thought we were going to be there longer but we ended up leaving early. Oh, ran into someone too. That was interesting. Couldn't believe I ran into him. That was the very last person I expected to be there. It was such a shock. Person B as I refer to him. Anyway, zoo was cool. The polar bears were interesting, but I think my faves were the tortoises. I love turtles. They are so cute. I so wanted to take them home with me. At least one. They're the really big ones too.
Got back with enough time for me to go to the gym, but I couldn't. My older brother came over, in a rare occasion, and had dinner with us. So, I couldn't just leave. I don't see him a whole lot. We all had dinner as one big family, him and his girlfriend, along with my mom and little brother. My dad is out of town. It was worth missing the gym. We kicked back and watched some movies. Then they left. Had a good time laughing at different movies. League of Their Own, Barbershop, Halloween: Curse of Michael Myers. Course they were all in the middle of the movies so we switched around. Still it was funny as hell.
Oh, speaking of movies, I was watching the Kenneth Branaugh version, of Much Ado About Nothing. Never really seen the whole thing. I have to some time. It's pretty good. We did a couple of scenes from the play in my acting class. It brought back memories. Then I found one of my old scripts and started re-reading the lines to myself. Acting them out once again. I still remember them.
Well, gotta run. Person A is on the phone. Hmmm. This one ought to be interesting. God that sounds bad.

"How the mighty have fallen."-Seto Kaiba, 'Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie'

Current CD: Evanesnce, 'Fallen'
Current Track: "Taking Over Me"
Wow. Haven't listened to this CD in a really long time. I'd forgotten how much I liked it.
Anyway, I went to go check out the YGO movie. I loved it. I am going to see it again. That and because, I missed the first couple minutes of it. The only downer on it was they didn't have Mai in it. Other than a shot of her. That's my girl. Though I wish her and Joey would just get together already. Enough sexual tension between them? Oh and the Anubis character was pretty good too. I like him. Though his hair did remind me of Mai's. And Seto, God obsessed much. Not only with beating Yugi, but his whole Blue Eyes fetish. A blue eyes jet? Hmmm. I liked Pegasus in this movie too. I have to admit, I do miss him. Oh! And Bakura that's who I missed in this movie. Psycho boy wasn't in it either. I really like that character. He's nuts. I had to go by myself, cause none of my friends are into it. Just me. I'm a loner. That's okay.
That's pretty much all that's happened. Other than the whole job thing. Have more paperwork to fill out....again. Another casino. That's where I like to be.
