  • Help Make Revolution! J-Rock The Vote! 2004-05-22 03:33:37 PLEASE HELP US!!!!!!
    TRL on MTV America boasts that ANY video, including write ins, that receives enough votes, whether through email, calls, etc WILL BE PLAYED ON THE COUNTDOWN. I’m sure everyone knows T.M. Revolution is playing the PME on 28 May...on that day or before it...all TMR fans should vote for "Invoke" (I chose this b/c more Americans seem to know this song b/c of Gundam SEED, and its more recent than "Heart of Sword" from Rurouni Kenshin.) ...Since TMR has released albums here, it makes him eligible, and I think the network owns MTV Asia, -- I'm sure they can get the video. If not, they will at least HAVE to mention him...which still gets him exposure on a pretty large level...it should be coordinated, so that the largest mass of votes appear on the same day...since I cant support him by going to the PME, I want to support him this way...he’s an amazing artist and deserves all the exposures and honor this can bring him!! It can win him so many new fans and hopefully he'll come back more often to play shows!! PLEASE HELP ME SUPPORT TMR! YOU ALL KNOW HE'S WORTH IT ^____________^
    PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!! EMAIL YOUR FRIENDS AND ALL FANS U KNOW OF ANIME, MANGA AND J-MUSIC, EVEN THOSE WHO MAY NOT LIKE TMR...AND PLEASE ASK THEM TO VOTE!! IT’S THE IDEA OF EXPOSING J-MUSIC FOR THE ARTFORM IT IS!! Hopefully it will open up the doors for more j-rock artists!! HE MAY EVEN MAKE AN APPEARANCE! If we can do this, ANYTHINGS POSSIBLE!! please please please get as many people involved as u can...post on sites and other forums if possible/interested...this is the most ambitious thing I've ever done so I apologize if I sound overbearing but imagine, TMR on MTV America!! And even in time for his show! so many fans would make him so happy to know he’s supported here ^_^...please reply if interested so we can coordinate the correct date and let TRL become TMRL...I KNOW WE CAN DO THIS! LET’S MAKE REVOLUTION!

    (You don’t need a sign-in name)

    Step1:
    Log on to mtv.com
    Step 2:
    Highlight shows
    Step 3:
    Scroll down shows and click on 'TRL'
    Step 4:
    On the side bar on the left there should be an option "vote for your video"
    Click on that.
    Step 5:
    Scroll down past the choices until you reach the option which reads "Other"
    Select that option
    Step 6:
    Under "Artist Name:"
    Type: T.M. Revolution
    In the box as shown
    Type: "Invoke"
    In the "Video Title:" box.
    Step 7:
    Fill in the personal information
    Step 8:
    Click submit
