I'm working on a new video for today. Got it half done in 2 hours last nite, including rendering, working my butt off, and still managed to add efects. Want to get it done before midnite, before the holiday ends. BTW, I'm part Irish, but no one has kissed me today :*( I was hoping the cute guy in my Art History class would ask me out or whatever; he did buy me an iced coffee, but he also got one for the teacher, so I'm getting mixed signals. I fucking HATE mixed signals. Just say what you mean for fucks sake!!!
Damn.
Anyway, I am planning to go out and drink green beer till I'm as shit-faced as Misato. I got a special mug with liquid inside that chills in the fridge, so I want to fill that with something other than soda. Being 22 is so fucking awesome. Must remember ID, everyone still thinks I'm 16. I think it's cuz I am so damn immature.
Does anyone read these fucking journals ever? If so, email me. Or better yet, review a video. Peace, I'm out. -

UPDATE: Against my better judgement, I have been working on an evangelion video to the music of iron maiden. With only one episode ripped, episode 2, it's not going so well. I mean, the 1st 25 seconds are great, but now I'm out of footage. So, that project is on hold till I decide what episode (& anime, even) I will use for the rest of the video. So far, the only idea I have is Rei dissappearing from episode 1, but that's been done to death. I need more otaku anime.
Since my first video is stalled for now, I'm working on another idea, he entire Hellsing series to prodigy. It is taking a while and probably my entire hard drive to pull that off. I have a 50gb hd, but I am wondering if it will be big enuf for this vid. The song is something like 6-10 minutes long, as long as my first video. That turned out ok with only footage from 2 episodes of hackSIGN. How did I do it? How can I do it again????? Wish me luck, so my videos dont suck.
12. I can BELIEVE I fotgot this. Boney M/Trigun. Vashsputin. This was before I noticed everyone already had a Vash tribute, so maybe it's for the best that it was lost forever. I do think it was one of my strongr concepts, tho. Maybe if I get the Trigun dvds I'll make a hi-res version. -

I can NOT WAIT for reviews on my new video, come play my game (dvd). I put a topic in the forum where you ask for people to watch, and emailed people whose videos I liked in the past. (I hope that's not considered rude, especially since i asked, like, 10 people). OMG, I hope people like it. I am so excited because I finally made a -good- video. I know when I made something worthwhile and when I haven't, & I really think this turned out nicely, like the jello I made last night with club soda instead of water. I tasted good this afternoon.
Seriously, I need to go out & do something else & not worry about getting opinions. That's hard to do, tho. -

Just a list of all the videos I can remember. Except for fun with photo manip, which is almost identical to rave ixi (which is why I only uploaded one of them), all videos not in the catalog are gone forever.
1. Tsukasa's choice. true 1st video. Midnight in a perfect world + .hack/SIGN. I was mad when I made it, and editing calmed me down. That is the last time editing ever had that effect, haha.
2. Every Polka, Part 1. Imperfect as it may be, I really like this. Polkas on 45 + Ranma, Trigun, Utena, others.
3. Rave Ixi. I was making stil video amvs b4 they were cool. Unfortunately, my videos were not innovative enuf to make them cool. My friends liked them, anyway. Do bi Di Boy + NBeopets, Sailor Moon, Toyko Mew Mew. Just a note, the uploaded version is a practice one burned to disk as a back up. Without the backup, it would be lost forever.
4. Fun with Photo Manipulation. Mostly the same as Rave Ixi, but instead of really planning the shots, I just made them move as fast as possible. People like this one better, but I like Rave Ixi becuz I put some more planning into what shots I wanted and in what order.
5. Every Polka, Part 2. I waited for a long time to get 15 reviews. Word of advise to anyone reading this, never put that kind of condition up unless you have not started your video. I had this DONE, took an entire year (off & on), but it was DONE. Everything was perfect. PC deleted it. No way to recover. If I wanted it back, I'd have to start from scratch, & I only want to make amvs from dvd source now. The version available for doownload is one with no sound, and only 3 cuts. :*( I miss this one the most. Hooked on Polkas + various.
6. Aqua Teen Wazzup. I wanted to see every show with a wazzup video. Seriously. Also a mortal kombat video. Be glad neither were completed. Correction, I worked all night one night on this, with a segment of Ranma characters singing the begining of the evanglion op theme at the end, but the pc wouuldn't save it to a file. I might still have the project file, but not the footage itself. Wazzup & Cruel Angel's Thesis + Aqua Teen Hunger Force & Ranma.
7. The Entire Internet. I thought it was funny how some fansubs had many more titles & translations than were really necessary, so I wanted to really showcase that. On a side note, the downloadable version is as far as I got b4 my pc quit, and is a higher quality backup burned to disk. Everybody's Talking at Me + Various.
8. Shortest Video in the History of Anime. Weird. A lot of people really liked this, but it contained no actual anime. I deleted it from the org so I would be eligible for Viewer's Choice, but it still didnt work, so I lost my reviews for nothing :*( Down with the Sickness (super short clip) + Futurama
9. The one ring. Me learning iMovie. I thought it turned out good, but no one else does. On a side note, it consists of mostly still frames. the one ring (ambient mix) + Vampire Hunter D, LOTR cartoon, Record of the Lodoss War.
10. Fear of Unit 01. abandoned. I tried for 7 minutes worth of amv with only 1 episode burned. Also, there are too many eva vids out there. Might pick it up, but only after a few GOOD videos. One down... Fear of the Dark + Evangelion.
11. Come Play My Game. Just finished tonight! Bestever! Finally, an amv I can really be proud of. It doesn't look like crap! I'll convert it from dv tomorow maybe. Or whenever. It makess my other videos look even worse by comparison. Breathe + Hellsing - Stolen ATM 2005-02-28 22:10:21 I am so mad today, that I cant concentrate on anything. When I went to a local Burger King, one of the little bitches who works there stole my mom's atm card that she let me borrow. She wa SO pissed when she found out. The bitch even used to card to fill up 2 cars with gas and treat herself to a movie. Thank God she went to a movie. It took me 2 hours to tell my mom about the theft, and she canceled it right away. She's at the police station right now filing a report. The police can be such shit heads. They kept tellnig me to go to different stations becuz I live in a slightly different town that where the theft happened, but I told my mom to stay there, cuz they just dont want to do theit damn jobs. The bank will reimburse her for the charges, & I hope that little bitch gets arrested. I am SO MAD!!!
