No wonder the org's website hasnt been working for a few days! I had a feeling it had something to do with the server move or something like that. I haven't been able to access the site for a few days now.

excel videos hard to make

I now understand why it is so hard to make an excel saga video: each episode has so much going on that it is very inconsistent and hard to work with. Every time I need a scene that relates to the previous one, I need to rip an entire new episode. What a pain! In addition to taking forever, it also takes up huge chunks of my hard drive. I think from now on, I will just make segments of each, using as much from whatever episode I have currently on my hard drive to fill in the thin spots. I have at least 3 excel amvs with about 30 seconds of footage or less each. I once promised myself I would never work on more than one amv at a time. By the time I finish, I'll probably have enough partial videos to make a slightly longer video with just those parts in it.
I also had an angel's egg video about 1/3 of the way thru, but iMovie decided that it was corrupted somehow (probably a bad codec or something), so the whole thing is now lost forever. Oh, well. That's 6 hours of my life I can never get back.
I haven't written in my journal for a while. I guess I just haven't really had anything worth writing down in a while. I am going to write in it more often. At least, as often as I can, seeing as how my semester at college is about to end, & I have a monster term paper/book report due in three weeks to a 300 page book, of which I have read all the way to page 66 in. Gona be a close one. - AUGH!!! 2005-04-17 15:42:26 My new video now has a star rating of 2.5, which means someone gave me a 1! Who could do that?? The video was so cool! Why wont anyone give me an op?

I can now officially say I am out of ideas. Creator's block? I get ideas, but they are all too short or incomplete to ever become full videos. I can't even think of anything to draw. I think I will just break down and make my moonlight shadow video, which I was saving for a time when I once again had that song stuck in my head, because I know that when I begin, it will be stuck in my head for sure *ick*.
The only other option would be to try painting again. I really should, even if just to scrape around my brain for any and all ideas for my next art comp & color project. All I see is SEELE evas. When I close my eyes, end of eva. When I think about painting/drawing, eva. Rei. SOOOO overdone. I may break down ever further & give in to the urge to make an eva video, but I know that if I do that, it will end up as unfinished as my others. I have a huge eva project in mind that I should work on a bit at a time, but the emotions & ideas it stirs up inside myself scare me more than any other art project I have ever done, so getting started might be a real problem.
