I did end up dropping that ceramics class. It hurt my pride to do so, but now the pressure is off to make what the teacher tells me, and I don't have to go to the class anymore if I don't want to. I ended up making the 6 things, even though I felt awful, but they didn't turn out looking vvery nice. Now I wait and see if the rabbit-man I made was fired or not.
In other news, I saw Pride & Predjudice and Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire. Harry Potter was the better movie of the 2, with more plot points and clearer & easier to understand English accents. The lead actor, Matthew McSomething-or-other was cute in the prwview, but not in the movie enough to really establish a connection with the audience. Keira Knightley's performance was good, but at times she was a bit more giggly than I feel the character would have been. Overall, not bad, but not great. As for Harry Potter, not as good as #3, but the special effects in the middle portion were excellent. Good acting, too.

Today I have ceramics class. I have 1 day to make 6 things, because today is the last day to fire things in the kiln. So far I have made zero things in 3 months. Coincedentally, today is also the last day to drop. Huh. I did make up a class last night, and made 2 somethings that could become my joined form, but I need to check with the teacher first.
Today, even though I am awake, my body and brain are not. - 1046 hits 2005-11-12 20:29:57 Today is my 23rd birthday. Gah, after 21 I cant ever remember the number. It's been an okay day so far, pretty quiet. Got my room clean. Been tired. Almost got to go to Vegas, but they only have rooms available on Sunday, and then I would miss my Monday morning class. Obviously, I opted against that ;P I might go for Christmas instead (hope so!)

awake again, its night. I'm about to go to sleep, tomorow I try once again to meet my court date. I missed the last one and had to get an extention. Anyone curios as to WHY I have to go to court? My secret :P

Today I made an intresting clay creature, with rabbit feet and a skull-like head. Not finished, but I was tired. I am happy how it is turning out. It's cool to have a class where you get graded based on making things out of clay. On the other hand, we have 2 classes left and I have not made a single one of the things I'm supposed to make (cylander, jointed pouring vessel, 4 bowls). Gonna be a photo finish as to whether or not I will make my deadline, as always. Whew!
I seem to have alienated everyone on the site. Perhaps it is time to move on again, to myspace. I gave up on myspace when I didnt get laid on day 1. Sigh. I'm sure there is someone out there for me, but sometimes I just feel so -different-. Different like crazy. This world was not designed with me in mind. I dont mean there is a god out there who planned everything and just forgot about me, because there is no way any human can ever truly know the existence or nonexistence of a god. I mean the world I live in, a world designed by corporations, Southern California, is not feeling very "Sabrina-friendly."

It will be my 23rd birthday on Saturday. I now have to find something "special" to do. I dont really feel like doing anything, quite frankly. I already went to see Alice Cooper, and tonight I saw "Chicken Little" in 3D (its a pretty good movie). What else is there to do? No bands I like are going to be playing, and thats the only thing I really REALLY enjoy. Everything else is just peanuts compared to the shear sonic ecstasy that is a concert. Right next to the speakers, lights glaring on my face, the band's sweat flinging onto me. Oh yes, I enjoy live music. If music is a religion, rock stars are my gods & venues are my church. I love to worship often ;)

Well, its wednesday. I have another sinus infection. Exhaustion has set n. I am very tired of my life and the way it is going. Saturday will be my birthday. I will be getting gifts from my family, no one else. I really hope this year will be better than the last, or perhaps I will have no more birthdays. As my mom says, I have a real knack for saying exactly the wrong thing, and I tend to piss off the people around me. I am so sick of school. Thankfully, it is near an end, with the middle of December nearing. Many schools have Nov. 30th set as the last date to apply for fall '06 (a ridiculously long wait. It should be in August, something reasonable). I want to apply to CalArts. I hear tell it is "Disney school" and while I am not fond of Disney, I would like to make some connections with a major company in the film and animation buisness. I wonder if I will ever become a successful animator. Time will tell. I hope all of you out there have a good week and a great November, cuz I sure am not.
Also I almost kiled Diablo today, but instead he totally kicked my ass. Diablo 2, expansion pack version 1.1
