Waiting for diablo 2 to download, cuz I lost the play disc again. It took like a week. But it's almost done!!!!!
Lessee, gonna look at an apartment today, and probably talk to my advisor about summer classes. Wondering which orange coast college physics class translates to "100b"....
Also, WTF happened to the video with Gorillaz "Dare" set to Kakurenbo? I saw it at fanime last year, now I cant find it anywhere. Seriously, if anyone knows where to find it, please let me know. -

Wow, it's been quite a whirlwind lately. Life for me has been a blur of eating out & shopping with friends, mixed with classes & other real life stuff. Since the semester has started to wind down, I have started understanding physics better, which frees up much of my time that I had been spending in the learning center. Also, the lease on my apartment is about to run out, so I need a new place soon. I've only seen 2 places so far, and both sucked. I'm looking at another today around 3. I hope it's good, since it's only 3 blocks from the beach, I'd have it all to myself, and they allow dogs. I can't wait to get a dog!! Also, I might have a video in fanime! I'm super excited about that. The end of this month is going to be busy: I go to fanime, then walk for graduation, then move into a new apartment, then fly to Mississippi, all in the same week!!
Finals week is almost over. All I have left is physics, and I feel prepared. I'm going to study hard this weekend & try to get an A. Wish me luck! -

Another day, not too hot.
I gave blood today. It went well, until the blood stopped flowing and they had to poke the needle around to try and find the vein. After a few minutes of -pain- the male nurse finally gave up. I hope they can use a not-quite-full pint, especially since I was so close. I'm O+, so my blood can help anyone.
I also took a nap, then worked on physics homework. Looks like I might have a shot at passing after all!
Last nite, I watched the Triplets of Belleville. It's a really good movie, but weird. Like, the DVD extra is a guy's head masked onto different bodies and they dnce at his shrink's office.
Rite now, I'm reviewing overdue ops on amvs. I planned on working on my own amv & getting the final touches ready for fanime, but got sidetracked. I really want to finish it on my boyfriend's final cut pro, but I have to wait for him to come & pick me up tonight. -

It's hot today. Apologies for bad typing.
Yesterday was fun. Went to Fashion Island with 3 new friends to see the Newport film festival. We were plannng to see the CSULB Showcase, but Aarti was a little late getting ready so we missed it. Instead, we saw Looking for Love shorts. Ironically, one of the CSULB fimmmakers told me as we were going in that the showcase wasn't over yet, but we already had our tickets. It was five short films about dating and such. The best was an English film called Change of Heart, about a grumpy old man who learns to love again. The others were about a girl who ran over guys to get dates, a misleading dating service, a human lie detector, a guy who has a one nite stand with unexpected consequences, a laundromat encounter, and a shitty one about sunscreen.
After, we hung around the mall. Aarti tried on every pair of sunglasses in a kiosk, and we laughed at the more ridiculous ones. We went into the pet store, and I got to pet 2 persians and a bulldog puppy.
After all that, we tried to find the car. There are 2 Bloomingdales in Fashion Island, at opposite ends. So we went to the wrong one, and had to walk the entire length of the mall again to get to the car. Needless to say, we were pretty tired.
The drive back was nice. Despite the wishes of my gps, took pch, both for the view and the breeze. I had the radio on, and the music was good. Beautiful day for a drive. We had Dairy Queen, and asked them to exchange two of the items. They gave me the wrong one, but Hershul didn't like his artic rush. Personally, I like blue, but whatever.
Later that nite, it was still super hot at the apartment complex. Nikki suggested we go to the beach. I had recovered, so I agreed, and she taught me how to skateboard. At first I was really scared, but I got the hang of it. The sidewalk at the beach is really level, so it was easy to learn.
When we got home, she started freaking me out about my bike possibly being stolen, since I left it at school since Thursday. We drove down, and it was still there, but too big to fit in her car, so I left it n the rack.
