Today was awesome!! I bought all the needed items for swimming (cap, goggles, 2-piece) and had at it. Way to stick to a workout routine!! I ended up taking 2 showers today, but no biggie. Still got towels left. My hair got a little wet, even with the swim cap on, which made me bummed. I was hoping to keep the evil chlorine away from my dye job, but we can't always get what we want.
After swimming, I saw Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 with my Mom. It's fun spending time with her, and the movie was great. Betcha could play a drinking game with the # of times they said "I'm sorry." Lotta plot twists & romantic dilemmas. Then we had Yogurtland (yay!). And now I'm home. Tonight I'll watch Ebichu (LOVE that show) and call my friends. - 4642 hits 2008-08-17 13:33:56 Woke up, lost contact lens. Seriously, I looked in the case & it wasn't there. WTF??? So I started op-ing again & watched a little Sailor Moon. I think the download was corrupted, because there are large holes in the files I have to skip through. My plans today? Don't know yet, have to call some people. Dammit, why'd I have to watch a sad amv? Now I'M sad....

Wow, what a day. I got my hair done, and it looks great! I'm strawberry blonde now. I may need a bathing cap for the pool & ocean to keep the shade looking new for longer. I was going to get a deeper shade of red, but that would fade quickly with the punishment I give my hair. This actually looks totally natural, probably because my hair used to be this color when I was a baby.
After that, I ate Greek food with my Mom. It was as awesome as it usually is, and they had a belly dancer this time.
I'm a little sad at the moment, because I have some bad news for someone who has been a large part of my life for a long time now.
Last nite, I finished the entire mac hall archives. It's a pretty good comic. Tonight, I'll probably hang with friends & review a few amvs. -

Morning world. Got a call from my Mom. Seems today we're going to Costa Mesa for girl's day out!!! She's getting her hair cut, and then we're going shopping (I hope it's at nordstrom rack!!!) and then to a movie. It's like the perfect day!!!!!
This morning, I started a new project in Final Cut Pro. The bulk of the video comes from an old project I wasn't able to finish because iMovie stopped working. It's going to need more work than I thought, but I'm excited to finally finish all my old projects.
In other news, I got started on my op trades. It's off to a rocky start. I was about to do one, then I realized it's in mp4 format. Next time I do an op exchange, I have to remember to ask that people not send me that format, cuz my iMac can't process it. I mean, I get audio & some still frames that refresh every second or 2, but it's not like a real video. So I'm trying to get another old video that JCD sent me as an avi, and Safari crashes. What a pain! Anyhoo, I'm going to try again. Sally forth!
