In other news, screw getting an Sdeck (for now)... I'm gonna get a MiniDV deck for the time being, and get an Sdeck later. Yes, thats what I'll do! Muahahahahahahaha!!!! I figure, firewire, etc... it'll work as my ghetto-rigged D1 or DigiBeta. I dunno, is this a bad idea? I hope not... - Doh, read before you write! Most people dont get to, but once a month we do here... its odd... not bad, though... less people actually work after doing that. Heh. Ok, so I got the videos to look good.... i think it must be easier when they are native to the system you're working in, kuz LOA-Pussy looks nice. Yay.

Television is poisoning my brain.
I wish I had a tape of random imagery from someone like radiohead.... or, maybe a screen where all the art from inside Kid A just scrolls across, and I see it all, and maybe start to understand.
I feel so cheap, drinking beer after work, and watching tv... Maybe I should validate my existence with another image... the Big Lebowski? I think so...

Todays sorrow: realizing that all your video copies are 2nd generation, and redigitizing them, and reoutputing them as mpgs is a (get this!) NOT GOOD WAY TO GET QUALITY. I'm going to apollogise in advance to anyone who sees Smack My Bitch Up, GimmeGimmeShock Treatment, and my Mononoke Video... they're not going to be particularily pretty above 320x240.... sorry... but Pussy is very nice (not like that pervert... well, ok, like that, but thats not what I'm talking about!).
fear not little children, I shall make beta and SVHS dubs of the videos, and put them into my computer when I can let them go in and out of a program that does not reveal their every flaw... soon soon sooon.
