Today was BAD ART DAY and I didn't realize it until too late.
God, I'm in such a Mood. I thought it was PMS but I think it's just working for so damn long on some gift art and it turning out TERRIBLE.

Finally finished that picture.
What sucks is that while the guns look nice, I couldn't find any photo reference of proper grip (just guns by themselves or people posing with them). Since it's been about 6 or 7 years since I last held a handgun, I just had to guess at it, and I'm sure I got it totally wrong. Oh well.
Did I mention I know JACK DICK about firearms?
In the process of researching, I got more and more puzzled as to why the writers decided to give Spike a Jericho 941 as his main weapon, since it was apparently discontinued about 10 years ago and on top of that, tends to jam frequently. Weird.
Steve: the p98 does in fact exist... I just can't find it on the HK site. I ended up giving Spike two (smaller) Ruger p7s and just sort of fudged them around.
I am artillerilliterate.

Today I'm trying to finish some gift art for the 30,000th visitor to my CB fansite... Been looking ALL OVER the web trying to find a decent picture of a p98 Ruger that shows the barrel - no luck.
Fortunately there are lots of pictures of Glock 30s out there...
...meh. Whatever. In the end, the image will be shrunk down so small no one will be able to tell, anyway -_-
