Was digging through some shoeboxes last night (searching for photographic proof of my "See? He looks EXACTLY LIKE VINCENT" argument) and came across a bunch of old cassette mix tapes I'd made between 1990 and 1994 or so. Mostly rap and 50's music, and stuff like the Twin Peaks soundtrack... I also found a mix of old Genesis that Tim had made for me (and I do mean OLD Genesis, not "Land of Confusion", but more like "Battle of Epping Forest" or "Slipperman").
I remember REALLY disliking it when I first heard it (around age 15 or so), but I think I'm going to give it another chance. Too many people whose musical opnions I trust like it, and besides, I hated Beautiful South and the Housemartins when I was 15, but now I love 'em...
So tired today. So apathetic.
I Just. Don't. Care. that Christmas is coming. Really. I just don't. I can't afford any good gifts for anyone this year, my creativity has run dry, there's no snow or cold weather... it's like, why bother? Who cares?
I can't get motivated about much of anything at all, really.
So it's back to stupid parody crap again, in the gray slogging drudgery of Must Keep Drawing, Even If It's Unoriginal Tripe.

Bebop IRC last night was a total hoot. It's a good way to pass time while Dreamweaver's slow ass uploads stuff to my site. Also good to know that others share my propensity for creating nerdifortified WRONG.
