I was always kinda mad with Don McLean for writing such an overwrought "tribute" to such awesome musicians... but the song should work well with Bebop.
I just got an email on Monday from someone saying I should do a video with Bebop to Linkin Park.

I love the TV series, but I'M DONE MAKING AMV'S WITH IT. DONE. "End of the Day" put the lid on that for me. Any other work I do with TV series footage is just going to be silly goop using scavenged clips from Brett's video project. (like "Mushroom-cloud-layin muthafucka" and stuff like that.)
Now, I'm probably going to end up doing 3 KoHD videos, all wildly different from each other, like the 3 TV series videos I did. One to a fast song, one to a slow one, and one to a medium-pace song. All 3 songs I've picked have different feels.
Though I'm considering doing one to "The Civil Wars" by David Byrne... hmmm.
I think most of the AMVs I do this year will just go to AWA's Expo. I'm not that interested in competing anymore; I just want people to enjoy my work. :-)
I can't wait till the Giant Robo DVD boxset comes out so I can remaster "Ecstasy". It's going to kick so much more ass.

Hur. Brett and I just discovered you can sing "Hubba Hubba Zoot Zoot" to "I Can't Stand The Rain" by Ann Peebles. Is that funny or what?
Kinda like singing "Blue" to "Shaking the Tree".
