Uhh, what else - got my POPmail working today, UshiCon program book's about half done... didn't draw much because work's been real busy today (shocker!!).

Hsien: so with you on the car thing. A few years ago, in H'ville, I got a ticket for running a stop sign... went to traffic court to pay the fine, which was $98. The woman in front of me had been pulled over for DWI, the fine for which was $82.

I got the huge-ass fee sorted out and reduced from $825 to about $150.
My URL (big-big-truck) is working again. Huzzah! Now to set up my POPmail. Which doesn't seem to be working.
The cool thing about this host is that I don't get fined for pulling too much bandwidth - if my site bogs down other users, the admins simply restrict HTTP access or slow it down.
Which means: VIDEOS!! I think I'll put up "Purely Psychosomatic" first, since no one has ever seen that, and maybe the old version of "Ecstasy".
I actually had time to sit down and read my new Renbaka Country doujinshi last night, and GOOD GOD is it sick, twisted, and freakin' hilarious. And very, very cute. I can think of a few images I'd like to scan, but.. God... where would I begin? With chibi-Vicious in a little girly dress playing with pillbugs, neko-Ed tearing up a bag of potato chips, or the whole "Psycho" shower scene parody?
The entire comic is superdeformed and VERY wacky. The art's really polished, and the pacing is great - my only gripe is that SD Jet looks like a Lego figure. I'm always impressed when an artist can get emotions across without drawing ANY facial features (Spike spends much of the comic with just two horizontal lines for eyes.)
Anyway, I've got two more books by the same circle arriving this afternoon. Can't wait!
Ushicon's 9 days away. I'm terrified ;_; Please please please let this con run smoothly!!
