Off to get dressed, put on makeup, and go out on the town, all the while trying to think of a song for my KoHD video, since I abandoned all my previous ideas... -

I've been feeling... phenomenally unmotivated for the past couple of days.
I think this tends to happen when I burn out. Which I have... on illustration, on AMVs... on just about everything.
I don't think I need a break from the world to get over this - to the contrary, I think I need to get out a bit more. (Which I can't do until all my freelance work is done and paid - another reason I'm turning down commissions until July or so.)
Brett wants to go to a show of some sort out in town on Thursday night, so that might help.
I think it might have more to do with people EXPECTING things from me... I guess... expecting more than I'm willing or have the time or money to give. Like commissions for free, video hosting (I can't even afford to host my own vids), website design, that sort of thing.
I haven't really been harassed about it yet (well, once or twice) - it's been mostly people who just ask once, then upon finding out I'm too busy, say "oh well, okay".
It just gets a bit tiring to answer the same questions everyday, and have to keep saying no. The guilt just kind of adds to the slump I've been in :/

Saw "Bloodlust" last night. Verdict: Spriggan Syndrome - mighty purty visuals, mighty putrid script.
I don't think I'm going to do the video I'd planned on, so here's the idea if anyone else wants it...
VHD: Bloodlust to "I Feel You" by Depeche Mode.
I simply just don't like Depeche Mode enough to work on a video using one of their songs.

AD: Yup, that's the number all right.
The reason I said *bigger* nerd is that I had to go on Google and look up the registration number since I had no clue what it was. (It's eerily close to my gym membership number o_o) I was originally going ot have the serial number on the gun be BBT-1701-D, but that was a bit obvious.
I'll probably gray down the lettering so that it doesn't look so crowded.
Stayed up too late last night drawing and drinking beer. In addition, 1337H4X0R did the making-bread-on-my-side thing around 4 am, so I'm pretty worn out today.
Also had a good hard workout after work (and after CREEDENCE of course). My arms and back are finally starting to shape up again. Huzzah!
Of course, I look nothing like those swimmers. O_O
After their win, the team went out on Sixth street to party (they were still full of adrenaline; the rest of us were far too tired.) I was a little worried about them, since they were all pretty young (18, 19) and they were all utterly gorgeous, and Sixth street is full of creeps... and then I remembered that they all had MUSCLES FROM HELL. I would have stayed up late AND paid good money to see them arm-wrestle some dorks in a bar. Heh heh heh.
