    Painter speedpaint with custom camel hair brush. Photo reference. Took 45 minutes; most of that spent tweaking the facial features. (He's wearing a parka.)

    I think tomorrow I might try the actor who plays the principal on Boston Public. I like his face.

In fact, the whole SP video is rather stupid, so I doubt I'll ever finish it, but whatever.

    Started working with "The Civil Wars" last night as well - laid in about 3 clips on that (the instrumental intro and the first "war is in everybody now")... again, doubt it'll work but thought I'd give it a shot anyways.

    Meh.


    I've decided to just bite the bullet and sign up for a personal trainer. Near-psychotic fear of my photo winding up on somethingawful.com notwithstanding, I figger I gotta do something before I wake up one day on the ugly side of 30.
    I know I'll never be tall, and that my genetic makeup bars me from ever obtaining a tan, but damned if I won't fight the rest of my own body to the grisly doom. (Well, hopefully not "grisly" so much as "sweaty and sore but sans paunches, at least.")

    Now that'd be an interesting battle to see. Disembodied Spirit Dukes It Out With Auto-Animate Frame. Full story in Sports, page B6.
