Okay, how jealous am I of all you bastards who got to see the Bebop movie this weekend.

Must hold out. Wait for R2 DVD. Nnnnnnnnngh.
Joe C. says KOHD is like a 2 hour long TV episode, which is cool, because that's what I liked about the X-Files movie and ST:First Contact. I just hope we get some good character interaction along the lines of "Jupiter Jazz". Watching that 2-parter the second time around REALLY just lays the characters open. It's wild. I never noticed it the first time I saw it.
Oh, and by the way... big Korean dinner + 2 glasses of red wine + watching CB on Adult Swim = dream about Spike and Vicious in a go-kart race. Ohhhhh man. >_<
I hope Brett can get comps of Eva DVD 1 and 2. I'd like to make that "8.6.82" video. That would officially be The Most Screwed Up AMV EVER.

Got Trigun DVD #5 today. Normally I don't get pissy at companies about stuff like this, but MAN, I wish Pioneer had taken the extra 3 minutes to number the DVDs. It's been guesswork and luck that's enabled us to get them in the correct order thus far.
Not only that, but the episodes are numbered wrongly on 2 of the 5 DVDs we have so far! Yarr.
Last night at Ocean's 11, Brett discovered that one of the actors we were chatting with had one some work for ADV's local branch... mostly villains in "Lost Universe", and some background voices in "Nadia".
Brett and Alex are playing catch on the front lawn. The World's Ugliest Dog, who lives down the street, is barking at them. I'm going to be evil and have a peek at the new DVD. Nee hee hee, I so sneaky!
Dammit, everybody's seen the Bebop movie 'cept me. I'm being good and waiting till the R2 DVD is released. (Actually, I'm just finicky and want to see it for the first time in all its crisp-picture 5.1 glory. besides, I figure by the time the R2 is out, there'lll be more than one English script to choose from.)
I totally envy Asari (doujin artist), who went to see it in SIX DIFFERENT THEATRES in Japan. *sob*
Adult Swim tonight. "Home Movies" + carving pumpkins = yay!
