Did this on the Jazz Session oekaki this morning. Spike was originally going to say something much funnier, but I tried to keep it simple since I'm one of two people there who speaks English ^^;

Went home from work today at 3 pm... At 2 one of my coworkers got a strange letter and the whole north wing of our building was evacuated, except that the building manager FORGOT TO NOTIFY OUR OFFICE. Asswipe.
So I went down to Subway for a late lunch (diet and all), and came back at 3 to check the sitch, and there were police ropes all over the place in our office. (If I keel over dead next week, y'all will know why. So yeah, just sayin'.)
So I went to the gym and worked out extra-long since no one was there.
Also finished "Clash of Kings" while on the elliptical trainer. Awesome. I can't wait to borrow the next book from Brett.
He's in Houston today... Matt's going to decide who he plays in Excel Saga. Looks like he's either going to be Nabeshin or Pedro. He says he'd be pleased as punch with either one (well, he didn't really say that, because Brett doesn't say things like "pleased as punch", but you know what I mean.) Personally, I think he'd make a great Watanabe, too.
(For the record, I have no idea what an assface is, precisely, but it sounds much more rockin' than simply rockin' one's face.) -

For some reason I feel really high this evening.
Left Brett's place around 5 and just drove around for a while, listening to the High Fidelity soundtrack CD, and let November blow its last warm breath through my hair. Nothing quite explained it - the big Texas sky above me as the sun slipped away, the land slowly turning that dusky grey-green... just gave me that full, content, blissed-out feeling.
I feel like I've spent today just purring like a cat. ^_^ -

I was FINALLY able to download "Right Now" last night (while I slept), but now Brett and Adam are playing CivIII so I wait to watch it.
I used to want to do a video that was a parody of R.E.M.'s "Everybody Hurts" video, but I think dokidoki did a much better job, probably.
I'm going to render that Brak video and just save the part where Vash goes "ooooooh, man, I never laughed so hard... until I cried... and then I laughed. A lot."
