My friend finally got DSL!! now i won't have to worry about burnina...i mean burning any amvs for her. Sheesh!! now that I've got that out of the way, lets move on!
Well, how is everyone? I hope you're all doing good! and you better be, or else!! Anywayz.....I've been downloading many amvs so far, trying to get some type of idea into my head. i've chosen a song and anime, i just need to get all that software stuff and then i can do it! yes! You're probably going to see one of my amvs by next year, since of course it will probably be my first one, meaning it will take quite a while.

Oh...sorry....does anyone know the url to the site with strongbad and crew? well, that is if you know who they are. Anyway, that's not the point of this journal entry. Uhm...well my friend finally found the program for the burner and now all i have to do is buy some discs, and she can burn the stuff and...stuff. Yeah!!!

Last night my friend kept asking me to burn this AMV for her (done by himemiya for the anime Utena). It's a really cool video!! I love it so much! himemiya, yes she's on this website, has done some of the best AMV's ever for Utena! I've seen others but this one, Deluge I think (the song is Going Under by Evanescence) is one of the very best ones! It's so cool that she could put scenes from the video and the anime together and make it look like it could have actually happened together. Thumbs up to himemiya-san!
Well anyway, my friend kept asking me to burn the AMV onto a disc so she could watch it since she couldn't download it (either that or she's lazy. :P) but anyway, I don't have a burner you see!! I'm like, 'sorry but I can't burn it since I don't have a burner!' and she's all, 'I'll let you borrow it.' Then after that she keeps asking me and asking me over and over to burn it, but I really can't since well....
I DON'T HAVE A STINKIN' BURNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*ahem* anyway, Sword and Dragon finally came a few days ago, a Thursday I think, and I'M SO HAPPY!!!! I think that my first AMV will be for Yu Yu Hakusho, dedicated to the adorable twins, Hiei and Yukina!! I mean, most of the scenes will be from the first part of the tournament, but that 's okay! Everything will go just fine! All's I gots to do is find a good song and voila!!!
(Actually I also need to find out what I should actually use to make the video. I have Iomega, but I'm not sure if that's good.) *sigh* I think it's good, I read more about it and since I have it I'll probably use it!

My DVD that my dad ordered for me (since I'm still not old enough to get my own credit card, either that or since it's my birhtday coming up, it's a gift). I can't wait!!! It's gonna have hiei-san in it with his fight in the first tournament against Bui. I want to take a few scenes from that part and put it into my music video. By the time it comes, I'll probably have a better idea of what my song for my AMV should be. I hope to finish it at least by December, because that's probably how long it's going to take for me to actually finish my first one. It's probably going to take even longer.
Well, that's pretty much what I'm really excited about. Either that or my birthday party that's going to come in two weeks. I hope that I can get invitations out to my friends soon before this week ends. I think it's going to be the best birthday party ever. ^.^ I'm sure kura-chan would love to meet everyone who shows up at my party. I think some of the girls would like to meet him too.
Okay, I have to memorize eleven verses of this thingy and I really don't know if I can. It kind of sucks when you think about it. I'm glad that my week is going good, especially since I'm having a lot of homework now. I hope that I can get the best grades I've ever gotten before I get out of highschool.

okay, i'm really feeling good now. so far the day has gone swell. Of course I only say this at night time or close to night time since I don't want any bad things happening. I don't want to jinx myself. ^.^ *hugs kura-chan* I don't really know what to say right now. All I'm doing is eating cereal (yeah, at night) and listening to some good music. I'm also downloading AMVs so that I can get a feeling of how I should make mine. I really need to work on my first video. I'm still looking for a good song. It's going to be under the category of Yu Yu Hakusho since I have more DVDs of that series than anything, but I don't know what it should really be about. I need a good song!! Most of the Yu Yu Hakusho AMVs I've seen have Linkin' Park, Evanescence (is it rock? i forget. ^^;;) or some other Rock band in it. The only YYH AMV I've seen without a fast, upbeat, rock song is a tribute to Kurama. The song is called "It Doesn't Matter." And I think it's very good. It's a really pretty song, it is. ^^ Most of the scenes are from the near-to-the-end episodes. Well, not to near, just near enough to be near.
Anyway, if you're the one who made that AMV ... *sticks her thumbs and kura-chan's thumbs up* Kura-chan is very happy that you did something like that!
I really need to find that song!! *sigh* I'll keep looking for it. I only have the DVDs for most of the first tournament saga and the one for the Yukina saga. I don't even know who I should do my AMV on!!! oh well, maybe i should try looking for the song first, huh?
