My "Timeless Ways" AMV was laid on ice due to the footage errors which couldnt be corrected. So I bought VH D: Bloodlust, to recapture the sources (the original was from a dvd rental and ripped by a friend fo mine) and to see how it looks like. Then I have to redo my system because I´m getting neww space in a few weeks so I can restuctre my components. The new gordian XVID codec is still not working like it should ... damn everything looks like a little green pudding. Next Projects ? Hm lets see I wanted to do a nice short amv with street fighter alpha and Saxons Dallas 1 pm and some other things but it looks like I´ll have to wait till have more space for the vobs and the necessary temporary editingspace.
Saw In Flames live at the underground on Rockpalast, yesterday at 3am (commercial tv always shows good things only at nighttime), just 8 songs then balzac and someother bands. But nice to see them live after such a long time (The last concert I´ve been to was about 2 years ago) even when it was only on tv. And after that I bought myself the deluxe version of Whoracle from a friend nice thing. And got some money for passing the last schoolyear with exellent grades. So I can buy some of the upcomeing releases of some decent bands like Saxons Lionheart , Mercenarys 11 Dreams, Wintersuns debut, The Oceans Fluxion and so on ^^. -

Moonlyghts Progessive Darkness is magnificent !!!!
Still noone at home expect me for 3 weeks till now, damn that was fun. But thursday my parents return from America. I spent the weekend with my friends marduk and shodan at marduks "palace" (very very big house). His parents are also not at home ^^, 3 weeks Sweden. So we just slept all day and were up all night. The original case why we met was to work on our amv, but we enden up playing Quake 3 Arena, Rune and Starcraft all the time. We also rewatched some of my animes and got totally drunk while playing airguitar listening to some old Kiss and Sabbath, ahh oldschool stuff. But I Had to hear Catamenia all day after we got up at 4pm. But therefor I was able to borrow some of marduks cds like lordi, winter, end of green, evergrey and hypocrisy. And I got Animatrix for a short amv I wanted to do for a long time, but I wont upload it, it just a fun project. And we went to his football team exhibition now I think about starting to play football all day ^__^. -

So now some errors appeared while compressing my latest amv. Everytime I use more than one videostream (for dissolves or transparent effects) my editing tool (AISTs Movie DV 6.0) is creating some strange scanline errors which are really getting on my nerves. I tried several codecs but even when I what to use uncompressed outputsize/quality these errors appear. So if anybody has an idea how I can get rid of those effects mail me (jadefalke@onlinehome.de) for futher infos and a short sample of my vid (if necessary), so I´m able to publish my next amv with nice quality.
Thank you ^^ - New work ... ? 2004-07-13 17:31:59 This afternoon I finally finished my 4th amv project. It features Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust and a mere unknown finnish metalband (D and Metal is a very good combo but often used). At the moment I´m thinking of the best method to cut down the file size but keep it at a high-quality level, and still I´m adding some effects. So after a short period of checkings and workovers i´ll upload it (maybe next weekend). I worked on it for a long time and put my heart into it. Because of various system breakdowns and messed up codecs it took me 4 months (I was unable to continue my work for several weeks due to radical hardware errors) so it´ll definietly worth a look.
