Ok my video's finished and the first compressed video looks totally crappy, most of the very offensive effects lose some of the visual impression because of the compression which is pretty bad and I still have like stupid border which I can't get rid of since they're in the the vobs and my knowledge of how to use avisynth isn't that great yet. I hope I can get the video goodlooking within the next few days since I already gathered sources for my upcoming amvs and can't wait to get started. To bad this video will be released in September and not right now because I can't wait to hear what people think about it, since it's not like anything I ever made before; it really does not look like a video that I made ( which is a good thing). I hope I did the right video for a convention something experimental is the right choice I think, altough somehow I have doubts, but since I won't win anything anyway it'll be ok in the end. - Another Day 2005-05-14 23:00:55 It's 4:57 am now and I've sleept just four and a half hour. I hate to get up this early and espeacially on sunday mornings but I can't help it since I have a Football game today and have to be at the stadium around 6:45am. We're playing against Troisdorf Jets not a really good team to be honstes but our team's not that good either. I already had a preseason game which we won 12:6 and I really hope that we'll win this one too. And maybe this time I could make a touchdown too (well at least Ican hope).

For now I'm leaving the dark of everlasting night, the light of spring devouring me taking away everything precious to me. My power withers my mind weakened I can not find my way out of this labyrinth of false believe and senseless toughts. This vernal web that caught me won't leave me be I'm loosing the ability to act like I want to. This is scareing me, why can't I lve uneffected by dawn and the rays of light grwoing ever brighter to burn the ghost the inhabits me ?
The saving darkness that let's me feel at ease is gone away and it won't return my haven torn down by the sun nowhere left to hide from daily expoitation of mind and soul, from all those disgusting people dragging me down and making fun of my ridiculous existence.
Do you know the felling to be unable to get a tought out of your mouth or what it feels like when you want to take a step forward but your feet are glued to the ground ? It's exactly that disease haunting me when spring starts and when it's over and summer's about to start everthings back to normal or at least getting better. Good dammit I hate springtime. April may and june those are the most painful parts of the year and every year it's the same. It's funny that summer the time of the year when the day last the longest this strange feelings don't occurre but it's better that way. -

Ok now I have like a soild basis to go on working on hte video since I have still two months till the deadine of the connichi-con amv contest . This is getting more work than originally planned since I abadoned the original concept (or better I added some things). I guess many people won't even think I made it cause I doesn't look like it.
And another think some people may think of as interesting is the fact that I went to my first con yesterday (the dutch animecon in almelo) with JCD. It was very expensive (35euros for just one day) but it was definietly worth it since I met some fellow editors and the contest was also very interesting cause there were some quite good entries; too sad that I didn't enter a video. I really hope to go there again next year with somemore German amvcreators maybe.
Note to me: Karaoke is only funny if you're drunk. -

Ok know here's a status report about my current projects.
1. The video Farlo and I started is about 1:37 mins long. At the moment we both work on other projects as well so this one was laid on ice for a while.
2. During my easterholidays I started a short fun video with my brother and one of my best friends (T800-101 & Tormentor). It's the indirect sequel for Archetypes since it's nearly the same concept; we edited in 3 days (while my parents were not at home ;-) and finished it, I only need to compile the videos and compress them so they donT' as crappy as they do now.
3. Started a new stand alone project which may enter in the connichi con amv contest in september, if I´m able to get the job done till the beginning of June. So far it's about 30 secs long and looks fairly well.
