Working on a cosplay for Halloween--going as a black mage from the old FF games. Problem is, I don't have a sewing machine. so this could royally suck (as well as not get done on time). Hopefully I'll get it done, but worst come to worst, I'll wear my Lenne outfit from last year. I still see ghosts from staring at that grey fabric so long last year while making it. -

Now, part of me is mad because in the series, only Saya's blood could kill the chipoterans. And yet, I never liked that bit of series canon anyways. But damn, I'm jealous of the artist. I would so love to have a chance to hold Saya's sword, even if it was only a prop. -

Just got off the phone with DeepDiscountDVD, since my order (which I thought would take two weeks tops, judging from what the website says) hasn't shown up yet. The lady told me that orders to Canada can take 10-20 business days.
THEN WHY DID THE SITE SAY 7-10 DAYS?!?!?! There's a huge difference between the two.
I want my GitS DVDs so bad right now... -
