*yawns* I'm still catching up on all the sleep I missed over the weekend. Let's hope I don't fall asleep during class, I almost did during d20 last night.
Anyways, Animaritime highlights--
--Itachi cosplayer. He was cute, and made a good Itachi.
--Holly being scared by above mentioned cosplayer.
--Taking third place in the AMV contest.
--Seeing the main events room fill up for the AMV showing 0.0
--Getting asked for my picture more than once.
--Having an excuse to carry around a whip.
--TACHIKOMA PLUSHIE!!!!!! *squee*
--buying the Sailor Moon and Innocence soundtracks.
--Meeting ayanefan.
--yuri and yaoi panels
--Seeing Miroku get fan-girl-glomped. Again.
--Breakfast buffet. That was good.
Overall it was a fun weekend. Unfortunately I missed the end of the con, since our bus left at 2. I still have an art commission that needs to be mailed to me of Batou (are we sensing a pattern here?), so it'll be nice to get that. There were a lot of good cosplayers, and a bunch of bad ones too. One of the turks killed the moogle, but we ressurected him with a phoenix down. Which reminds me, I never did get around to saving my game, dammit. No-face was there, handing out gold coins to people. Not sure how many of them he ate. Ayanefan spent most of his time there videotaping, doing interviews and the like--I'm interested to see the final video.
Anyways, I should go take a nap...wait, I can't, I have class. Dammit. -

For some reason I'm reminded of my friend's sign from Halloween (she was dressed up as Emo, and I don't mean Phillips). One side read "I cry because I suck." The reverse read "I suck because I cry."
Yeah, I'm gong to at least re-encode that footage. Mechanical chicken + lag = one really fast mage. -
