Well... I put it up a commercial/tribute/parody I did.. on my website not (too long ago) and I decided to enter it here.. You can see it listed as a video, under my profile. This was meant to be in Volume II, of our Otakon showing.. and it will prolly will be..
I brought it along to AnimeUSA 2001, because I wanted Jason Salce (rys) to see it.. considering I didn't have an hour worth of videos to show (of my own creation), I caved in and showed it during the con. I posted an ASF and MPG II version.
Take a look and let me know what you think. If you're not even remotely interested in J-Music then don't bother watching it, it will have no interest to you.. but if you're a J-Pop or J-Rock fan.. and you know some of the artists, then I welcome you're opinion(s).
This is the rough test-version, I slightly better version will be replacing it.. there's something noticable about effect(s) I did.. and I'm going to sinch that up before it drops to tape for Otakon. One day a revised version will replace that one.. but for now, it's there for your viewing/downloading pleasure. =) -

At this point.. I really want to keep tabs on the "group/trade" name "red apple productions". So I bought 3 new DNSes that better reflect the group name, compared to rap.cx.
redappleproductions.com, .org and .net should all work.. and maybe that will make it easier for people to remember the site address. Anyhow.. I ust thought I'd let you know. =) -

Okay. I'll make this brief.. I wander over to the server tonight.. and I take a look at the weblogs... and I find logs WAAY too big.
So I look inside.. and I find tons of, and constant hits to the web server by red-worm. I'm sick of receiving hits and having them logged. That was enuff.. mostly likely if you're IP starts with 24.180 and you can't get my site, you're infected and you need to fix your problem. That's it, I'm not playing mister nice guy anymore. The list of IPs was way too big, I spent over 2 hours pluging in IP ranges and such to block.. and I don't me I'm denying IP access to the web server, no I'm dropping all packets hitting the system that are on the Block list.
*ugh* =/ I'm tired.. I can't make anymore firewall rules tonight. - You say Yamato, and I say Yama-Toe 2001-10-29 23:04:52 I found this awesome accapella version of dido - here with me. I'm thinking I might re-release the yamato 2520 video to it.. it's shorter and the timing is quite different.. so I will get a chance to cut all of the filler in the video to time it correctly. I think it's a cool idea.. and anyone who enjoyed the original version, I think will enjoy the new version that much more. But I have other projects to do first.. and then I'll have time for the accoustic version.

I made a commercial for my non-anime related activities.. "Red Apple Productions" (the studio name I go by..), we're really chart-erd to sub-title J-Rock, J-Pop and now some K-Pop music videos.. so most of my activities related to the group are not AMV or really anime related.. even though I still create AMVs under the group name.
Anyhow.. as a result of some stuff I'm doing for Otakon 2002.. I created a little Commercial/Parody/Tribute. I posted it up on the site for download.. you can find it here: http://www.rap.cx/rap.asp?results=projects&action=&id=25
