Otakon 2003 Red Apple JMV Master tapes...

The Red Apple Productions 2003 JMV (Japanese Music Video) tapes have been mastered and done for a few days now.
I should finish the AnimeFest tape tonight.. then tomorrow.. I will spend my afternoon.. packing everything up.. and then packing it all into my car.. then when people arrive, I will pack their stuff into my car as well... then I will drive a packed car full of electronic goodness.. to Otakon.. where I can unload it and drag it all around the convention. =)
*ugh* wow.. I really got a lot accomplished. *breaths-out*takes a breath in*breaths-out* okay.. I think I'm almost ready for Otakon.. almost. =_) -

*ugh* so.. I missed Saturday's AWA Pro deadline.. I've just been way too busy up to this point.. for all this Otakon stuff.. helping Otakon, getting things in order for the new volume of the J-Pop/J-Rock showing that premieres at Otakon this year, and the library anime presentation.. and.. and all the incidental stuff at home, work and in life.
*aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh* *pants; breathes* okay.. typing out the scream doesn't help. Well anyhow, I think I should have something for the AWA Expo contest this year. I'm hoping to squeeze in 2 vids. But we will see. Plus Vic and I have surprises for our panel at AWA this year. It's going to rock! =)
I just cannot say what we're doing.. cause like that would ruin the surprise! =D -
Anime library project..

So I'm a part of an anime club.. and they are having this Anime presentation for a library close by to where I live (2days and 2hours each day). Anyhow, so one of the people involved in this project, is doing a 20 minute presentation of the "history of anime". In other words, he asked for my help to edit together a 20 minute visual presentation that is pretty much a 20 minute AMV... and except for one minute of footage I'm waiting on him to get.. the project is pretty much done.
All I have to do tonight.. is help Raequel.. with her presentation, and then I have to do mine. Once that is done, I can finish up the J-Rock and J-Pop subbing hopefully this weekend.. and then I can get back to finishing my AWA Pro video. *sigh* I'm soo frigging tired.. I could sleep half the day.. I've been getting up at 7:30am-ish everday and going to sleep around 3am all week. O.o I am so fried o.O -
Otakon 2003 J-Rock/J-Pop/J-Urban/J-R&B Music Video showing..

This year, Otakon asked Red-Apple for more then 2-hours worth of showing.
So on Friday (August 8th) last years Otakon 2002 tape will re-run. But to make it interesting, we've added a few music videos that have not been shown at Otakon before.
On Saturday (August 9th) Will be the brand new showing (volume 3) for this year. It's super packed with a lot of artists. This year we set out to not double up (a.k.a "back-to-back") the artists in the line-up. There are a couple exceptions to this rule, that were worth showing more then one of their videos.
At the panel, we'll show many more videos (not in either of the showings) and talk about the artists, and discuss your favorites as well. We're always curious what you're interested in seeing.. and if time and money allows, there might be a few give-aways.
Are you psyched? I know I am! - I've been so busy.. 2003-07-14 11:12:39 *ugh* AWA deadlines approaching.. Otakon is coming.. and I have so much stuff to do.. I've been so busy, I haven't had time to get back to my current amv project... but I will.. I must! *gah*
