damn, i slept in till 3:30 today and i still think i need more. my friends all made fun of me today because i missed class and slept all day and i looked like hell.
they were going off to Eureka to get Amanda's other nipple pierced.
(kinda cool if you ask me)
so i got up and got in the car and there was my day.
by the time we got back i was even more tired (which I thought could never happen because I was already too tired to function in public) so i sat here on my computer for a few hours as my friends "started their weekend off."
Dominic (one of my best friends from home) finally talked to me today. last time i had seen him which was two weeks ago, he ditched me and another friend while we partied at his house to go find some girls he had talked to earlier that night. we were all supposed to go over to these girl's hotel room but he ditched most of us to go with one of his truckee friends (oh yeah, truckee people suck). anyway, i couldnt really talk to him much so all i got was an apology e-mail and I should be able to talk to him tomorrow. all i want to know is why he waited that long before he even said anything. i had already forgot the whole thing and it wasnt any problem with me...
I miss my tahoe friends a whole lot right now. my friends here are becoming very similar to them, at least the roles are all filled (except for the girls). back at home it was always me mullet tayler angela and meghan. here its always me david and amanda, so I need another bro and the part of angela is well played by amanda, but I need myself another meghan. meghan was the #1 coolest girl i have ever known. she was exactly what I thought of when I thought about the perfect girl. I cant even begin to explain how much i miss her alone, not to mention all the rest of my friends that were main ripping tuesday members.
Rippin Tuesday was a thing that all my friends and myself would do on tuesdays. We would go hot tubbing, play ultimate frizbee, party or just hang around each other and make tuesday the best day of the week. it was awesome. people l,ook forward to fridays but last year i looked forward to tuesday even on the weekend.
I wish that I could go back in time to last year.... -

Well well well... seems my computer decides to werk today (yeah werk). Damn ASUS gave me a phone cord instead of an ethernet cable with my motherboard I ordered... Ok I guess I should know the difference but meh... whatever, Im not that technologically advanced that I can tell that a Hardware manufacturer sent me the wrong cable... I built the whole comp, bought the parts, and it had so many problems, it took me a good month to get them worked out. At least its damn good. I just wish I could get my Serial ATA 120gig haddrive working. that would be nice...
YEAH INTERNET! wee... I love the internet. If you had no internet for like a month and a half you would too. I just got done downloading like 1.5 gigs of music and im not done yet =P

Being away from my home of Lake Tahoe is so freaking terrible. Yeah I know that college is rad and whatever but im from the place where all styles, lingos and general mayhem is spawned. you know the armband thing on the right wrist? that came right outta tahoe and the ski/snowboard industry was the sponsor. white people saying steez also comes from tahoe.not being able to snowboard all year is going to suck too. I am already losing my afterbang and im afraid i wont be able to get it back. Afterbang is the thing that a snowboarder does after stomping a trick that would make people say "woah that was pretty good." It actually is when you act like you just died from the waist up, not moving your upper body for a good 20 feet after the jump. you usually dont move or turn at all when you are doing it and it gives you a feeling that you look really cool and makes people think you are good for some reason. you have to at least have SOME skill to even be able to afterbang at all. To tell the truth, ive been in a state of constant afterbang for the past 3-4 years in which I have been hanging around the terrain park. I act like Im Afterbangin constantly so when i notice that im not doing it too much any more, I get scared. This winter is going to be rough, but at least I can make tons of AMVs...
