Well, the President, George "Dubya" came to town yesterday, and I actually forgot he was coming. This is the second time he's come to town in a span of about 5 months. Last time he came, everyone made a big deal about it. Even I was a little excited about it, and I think he sucks. The thing that made it so cool was he was coming to our town. OUR town! You sure can't say that everyday. This time I didn't really pay much attention, because it didn't seem so cool that the same in office president was coming. He was just here a while ago. Only reason he came is because Iowa is a battle ground state anyway, I think, I try not to pay to much attention to politics, emphasis on "try".
Halloween is coming up. I'd do something cool to celebrate, like go to some costume party at a local bar or night club. Problem is, I don't have a completed costume. I've still got this Akuma costume that I've had for about a year, but I don't have a wig for it (just goes to show you, don't trust cosplayers you don't know to make an outfit for you) and I lost most of the beads the last time I wore it for a Halloween party. I should point out, these beads were really accurate to how Akuma wears his, 38mm to be exact. Guys, if you ever want to pick up some chicks, giant beads are the way to go, it works every time. Maybe I should have a reliable wig maker fix one up for me in time for NEXT YEAR'S Halloween.
Well, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night has been taking up too much of my after work, evening hours. It's a miracle I get enough sleep before I go to class in the morning. Maybe I'll actually take a break from playing it for a while.
-Current AMV Progress: Took notes on Ep. 10 of Excel Saga. Doing pretty good. If I was working with a deadline, I just might make it.
-Current Writing Progress: Started rough draft for a No Shame skit. I'm taking more time on this than I need to. -

Well, I've been a member of this place for more than a year now, so I might as well use this thing. Anyway, hello, this is DTJB (it's an acronym, by the way. Just say the letters, don't try to say it like it's an actual word) and I have decided to give anyone interested a look into my personal life, more or less.
Right now, I am working on a reference list in order to get an internship for a web design job in the spring. It's tedious right now, but this stuff will help me out in the long run. Anyone interested in seeing my work, don't bother. Everything I made isn't on the net, and all I really know so far is HTML and FrontPage. When I take Photoshop, then I'll have something impressive to show people. The deal with my current job, dishwasher, I want to transfer to a different department at the casino. Maybe deli attendant or some sort of customer service job, 'cause I'm sick and tired of being the only guy working when the other guy bails out on me. Plus I've been there for a year and I want to try something out.
I'm going over to a friend's house to watch the first InuYasha movie. I've kinda gotten out of InuYasha though. Yasha going berserk was a highlight of the series that I miss, and there's never enough Sesshomaru to satisfy me. Oh well, I should just enjoy the movie when I see it. Speaking of anime I've been watching, Key: The Metal Idol has been turning out nicely, finished ep. 7. That doctor character is fucking insane by the way. Is Key going to do some actual singing now?
Going to see Wayne Brady tomorrow night. You know, the black guy from the American version of "Whose Line is it Anyway?". Very funny guy. I'm not sure what to expect from him since it's just going to be him and none of the other Whose Line guys. Should be cool though.
Well, that was nice. I'll try to add to this at least once every week. Bye for now.
