I don't like to move it move it... *dindindin*

It's been really hectic couple of months. First I moved into a new apartment.. then I helped my parents to move and after that the firm I work for moved to new facilities. That required the whole warehouse to move to a new location. Of course this meant that the work kept piling up while the move was going on and I have been working overtime a lot during the last month. That also meant that I didn't have as much time and energy to sort out my own stuff into this new apartment and I still have some boxes laying around the rooms. Needless to say I haven't been able to focus on my AMV-projects.
Well it's finally starting to calm down a little so I hope I can continue with the AMV stuff.. -

Is over! Been there, done this and that. This year I didn't win anything in the AMV contest, which I think is a good thing considering that the AMVs I made for it really weren't my top achievements. Nevertheless a sign that one has been "in the business" too long is when unfamiliar faces come up and ask for an autograph. ^.^'
Positive surprise was how good my Scrapped Princess AMV looked like in the big screen. Seeing how it looks like in my PC's monitor, smaller resolution screen projector made it look gooood <3 Good to see the time I used fighting against the poor source was worth it. Seeing it on the big screen was alone worth the trip ^_^
I got the impression that my old fellow editors weren't impressed by the overall quality of the contest videos, but I have to disagree. There were again some new faces that were able to create nice AMVs.. Some of them had more talent in storytelling and others had raw technical sk1llz. Good thing was also that most of the prices went to these new faces. I hope this motivates them to keep making more AMVs.. -
New studio has been born

Today the Moenmar AMV Refinery is added to the org records. At this point it's a 3 member AMV Studio based in Finland. AMVs are seriouss business.. but you will not notice that by watching our studio. Members at this point are yours truly, Sivis and Partsa. Some of you may already be familiar with Sivis' and mine AMVs.
Anyways.. that ends my freelancer career *g* -

Let's see.. month coming to an end. Therefore AnimeCon's (Finland) AMV-contest deadline approaches too.. along with Clow MEP's beta deadline. Managed to finish a new one for the contest (available later), finetuned an older AMV to be usable there, and currently working on the third entry AMV. Haven't even barely started on my Clow MEP tracks (3 of them).. Have to scrap one of them and try to finish something from the other two.. Some free time to work on these would be nice too. Stress stress stress. Oh yeah... my other MEP is also still on the works too.
Weren't editing supposed to be fun ^.^'

Nightwish:End of an Era

the second Nightwish MEP is finally done and released. Surprisingly it seems it has been quite a waited project. I think it ended up very good so some expectations may even be met. Maybe I can finally concentrate on my own videos.
..not. Next one is the finnish AMV Hell... originally named as AMV Helvetti. Gah.
