Few weeks back I broke my knee in a floorball match. I'm currently waiting a time for surgery. This means that I have loads of free time on my hands and I can't use it all up by just watching movies (anime) or playing games. Maybe this overcomes my lack of inspiration and I'll get something new done.

There was an AMV-contest at AnimeCon 2008, 26.7. in Tampere, Finland.
Two of my videos (Maid to Kill and Undines) got judge's awards. Got rewarded with a mushroom-plushie and a 25e worth of goods of my own choice from one the vendor's table. (used them for Sister Princess trading cards ^^') -

Like OropherZero, maybe I should too list my current MEP-projects so I don't forget any. Let's see..
Ongoing MEPs: NONE ^^/
My new year's resolution of not touching another MEP this year still holds. The two person collaborative AMV I'm currently making org entry for doesn't count.
I'm taking break from MEPs so I could finish my own projects.. currently none of them are even close to completion -_- -

..is behind.
We got AMV Helvetti (finnish AMV Hell rip-off) done and premiered it there. We had two 2h showings that had AMV Hell, AMV Helvetti, Nightwish: End of an Era and various other amvs made by the best editors. This time I had to step on the stage and host the first part of the both two shows. I think it went surprisingly well, considering that I really don't feel very comfortable in front of large audience. (Of course we had the largest hall again ^_^') I had a wireless mic in hand witch allowed me to walk around the stage. That calmed me down enough so I was able to go through the hosting without any major fumbles.
Audience seemed to like AMV Helvetti, which felt good. That's enough reason to keep making these weird videos. - New year's resolution.. 2008-01-04 09:50:27 ..is that after I get AMV Helvetti done I won't touch another MEP this year.
