Let's Go Trick-or-Treating Dressed Up Like Marilyn Manson

So much music, so little time. I have a list of video ideas about 2 pages long, and I don't have the means or the space to work on any of them (well, maybe one, but I don't wanna work on that one yet). Been trying to watch some of the anime I got a while ago, like Kodomo no Omocha, and others. Also went back and rewatched parts of Trigun and Cowboy Bebop, which I may add is just a bad ass show. I found a great CB vid yesterday, using "Stress" by Jim's Big Ego. Good song, and great timing.
I've also been listening to a band named Self. It seems as though only my friends back home, and some of the people I've played the music for around campus, have even heard of it. Matt Mahaffey is an extremely talented musician. Either check out www.spongebathrec.com/self, or go online and download the some of the songs (I personally recommend "So Low", "Cannon", "Big Important Nothing", "Trunk Fulla Amps", "It All Comes Out in the Wash", and "What Are You Thinking?".) These are just a few songs out of the entire collection. Okay, (stepping down from soap box) I should stop. "High Anxiety" (old Mel Brooks film) is on, and it's pretty damn funny. - Something Is Finally Working Out 2001-10-21 17:42:30 I finally got a working download link for my videos. The hosting is being done by my roommate Jeff, so go easy on them. The URL is http://evilgenius.firehead.org, and my videos are linked through that. I have a Britney Spears parody video in there too, which took me about 30 minutes to make, but some of you might think it is funny. If I get an actual website set up sometime, instead of just a directory listing, it will be at that same URL. I still don't have the means to make any new videos yet, but I'm working on it. In the meantime, I guess I should get some real work done. I know, it's crazy, but it just might work.
- I WANNA MAKE ANOTHER VIDEO 2001-09-29 19:36:49 I still don't have another hard drive, I still don't have source video, and I have an even better (and thus more urgent) idea for a video. It's FLCL and Fatboy Slim, and it's gonna be cool, but I don't have the space nor the source to even begin working on it. Worst of all is, I suck at planning a video until I sit down and start working, then it just kinda falls together. AARRRGGGHHH!!! Oh well, I guess I could get some actual work done in the meantime (sacrilege!!).

Once my suitemate Jeff gets his media archives consolidated and updated, he is going to help me get a working link to my videos from his website, so people can actually download and see my videos. I'm also getting a new hard drive in sometime soon, with which I will start gathering source video for a new Cowboy Bebop video using the Toadies. I'm going to be collaborating with a friend of mine on the source, since we are going to attempt some DVD rips and see what happens. It'll be pretty cool once it gets going. Oh well, back to entertaining that annoying friend named "School".
