- Momma said there'd be days like this/ There'd be days like this, my momma said 2001-12-03 07:27:55 I guess I can say day, considering it is roughly 6:30 AM, and I have yet to go to sleep. I have Japanese at 10 AM, and Cultural Psychology at 1, and then no more classes for the rest of the semester (tomorrow's the last day by the way). I just finished my term paper for psych., and I must admit, it isn't too bad for 3 days work. I feel like complete shit, but it's done. Now to just finish off poli sci and Japanese, and I can go home and sleep for a long time. I have to rewrite one of my previous papers for poli sci (and have to start from scratch to boot), and then take the final (3 essays, at least 3 pages apiece, 24 hours in which to do it). Yeah, I'm in Hell :-p At least the Japanese final won't be too bad. That, and I should be finally getting my OS issues worked out over the next week or so. Fun. I get to completely rearrange my computer. Oh well, off to bed. Time for about 2 or 3 hours of sleep before I get to crash after psych. Toodles.

I finished a poli sci paper on Wednesday, and a reaction paper for Cultural Psychology Friday, and am currently working (or at least, supposed to be working) on a research paper for the latter class. I have about 7 sources I can cite, and I need 8, so I'm not doing too bad. I think I will write the paper itself tomorrow, after I finish the rest of the reading tonight.....morning.....whatever. It was a little hard to read in here, since my roommates were having a discussion about the tunnel system they discovered under the university that no one knows about. So keep that under yer hat, 'cause ya didn't hear it from me ^_^ I could read these articles elsewhere, but I found them online, and I don't feel like printing all of them out. I'm moving out of the dorms probably next weekend or early the week after, and I hope to get some AMV work done while I'm gone. I've got a tape of X and few ideas for that lying around that would serve my needs nicely (that, and if I get that Studio DC10+ I asked for for Christmas). Anyhow, back to work. Some much to do, so little time.

Wow, looky there. I got an opinion for one of my videos, which brings my grand total up to.......(drum roll) one! Hooray, it's like winning a nickel in the lottery. But it is a start. Thank you, person from Cosmos Studio, I am eternally grateful.
Hell yeah, it's finally starting to cool off around Houston. It's about 50 something out (and wet and nasty to boot), and it's only supposed to get colder. Huzzah and kudos. That's great news.
Anyhow, gotta go, I have a paper to start. So get the hell off of my lawn, you stupid kids. And if you so much as touch the bushes, I will personally beat you to death with a shovel.
(Wait, I live in a dormitory. I don't have bushes. Oh well, it's worth a try.) - These are the times that try men's - a.) souls b.) mettle c.) underwear on for size. 2001-11-26 15:25:37 I still can't work on any of the video ideas I've had bouncing around in my head for the last few months (or a semester, whatever), and it is beginning to suck. Then again, even if I had the space with which to make one, I have nowhere near the time to make one. I have a Physics final tomorrow, a Poli Sci paper due and an Intro to Comm Theory test to take on Thursday, a Japanese quiz on Wednesday, a Japanese test over katakana on next Monday, a Japanese final on Friday, 2 Cultural Pyschology papers due next Monday (one of which is a research paper that is going to be about 8-10 pages long, and I have yet to start on), and a poli sci final that I have to pick up next Wednesday and turn in the following day. All in all, I think I am going to be dead soon, when my brain begins to dissolve and leak out of my nose due to overwork. And I have barely done any of the reading for poli sci, oh joy of joys. Somebody, please kill me. Well, at least, after the Japanese final next Friday, I get to go home and lounge for about a month or so, so that shouldn't be too bad. Get my job back at Hollywood Video, which is a nice sedate place to work (sometimes). The pay sucks, but I get free rentals, and I work late, which provides me more sleeping time ^_^ But I have to survive these next two weeks without stabbing myself in the head with a pencil or something. Speaking of which, I should get to work. Catch y'all later.
