- Lack of allocated space causing server to crash Well, seems that the server I'm on now is running out of disk space, thus crashing the site. Just letting you know in case you wonder what's going on... 2002-04-25 22:52:21 EST
- Today's Forum Messages And Other Inputs Toast Well, seems that the disk allocation for the site was gobbled up by something (probably web visit logs). Since there was no more space to write, some last writes to the database currupted several tables (forums, video data, etc.) Luckily, I had a backup of data from yesterday that I put up. Unfortunatly, this means that anything entered today (forum posts, video info, etc) is lost. You will have to re-enter that information. Sorry. An investigation is going on as to the cause. - Server Down While Moving It seems that the guys at the hosing facility weren't expecting all the traffic this site has generated. They decided that it would be best to move it to another server (without telling me) because of all the CPU load. The server is now on a new IP address, so the site was down due to the DNS change propigating. It should be up and running now (well, obviously =). 2002-03-15 15:32:35 EST

- Site Moving (finally) The DNS switch for the new site host is being propagated. The new site (www.AnimeMusicVideos.org) will look exactly the same as the old one. The database is still in it's old location so that you can use the site no matter which server you get issued in the next 24-48 hours. If you get the new host, there will be a lag between page loading because the live data is 3500 miles away. =D Sometime on Friday or Saturday, the database will be switched to the new local database server (site will be down during the switch). 2002-03-05 09:15:43 EST
