Lyric sync this! + Fixed version up
Hey guys, here's a new year's treat for ya.
We've got an unforeseen combo here, with the Red Hot Chili Peppers (Warlocks), who haven't gotten nearly enough love from decent editors here, with Haruhi, who seems to be used in the same way again and again. I'll let you be the judge of whether that's what I did. In any case, I get this really weird feeling when I watch it, like I couldn't possibly be the one who made this.
Enjoy, and a happy new year to all!
EDIT : New H.264 version is up. The sync was messed up, and I urge you to get this version.

This is an interesting The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya video. The sync was good and the presentation was very nice. I like how you used a different aspect ratio (letterboxed) in spots. The song fit with the footage, oddly enough. Or should I say, you fit the source well with the song.
On a technical note, I'm still trying to figure out why my standard player setup (MPC, XviD) refuses to playback this video. VLC worked, with a "broken audio" error message (VBR MP3).

Video worked for me without any hiccup at all. I was partly disappointed that though you used HD sources, the quaity wasn't really up there. I think perhaps a h.264 encode could have been better to maintain greater quality if file size was a concern of yours.
Howerver, from purely an entertainment point of view, I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I think the final bit with all the different screens shown at the same time could have been a little more well arranged as they were being blocked in rather awkward spots (like the faces), but yeah, nice sync too... not perfect, but nice.

Just to clear that up, there is no HD source of Haruhi yet. The appearent HD Raws were upscales from 720x480, so is this video. See this threadInfinity Squared wrote:HD sources
I thought the video had quite some chill, it was nice to watch
