Well, frankly, it's sort of difficult for people to be giving tutorials on a 1-1 basis like this, but posting in the 'Software Help' forum might result in some advice. I suggest checking out some of the sticky threads here and in the help forums - and, especially, the guides from the main website, along with help files from Premiere itself.
This should generally give you enough info to get a project done. It doesn't take long to understand premiere - if anything, I'm the living proof of that, having made my first AMV in it without having any prior knowledge of the program (besides reading the manual and the AMV guides).
