Can't Login

Hi i'm new

i have a problem with login onto the site. forum works. when i want to log in this site comes: http://www.animemusicvideo.org/login.php?s=2

i tried the cookies thing and i tried mozilla. but it doesnt work. Can somebody help me please? OS is win 98. need other information?
