For me the oversyncage didn't concern me too much because editing wise I'd say it's okayish (a little seizure inducing but okay lol), it was the mood that was the problem. The MEP themes/genres are:

Theme: Action, drama, serious.

I also think the entire mix really calls for the serious types of atmospheres and emotions and while your track did certainly contain a lot of action, it was more of a fun/comedy type video. Of course if Vax says or decides you can choose to do just one theme out of the three or even a different theme then I guess it's fine lol.

Also, just a technical note, your video is supposed to be in a 16:9 aspect ratio lol.

I liked track 8 a lot more than track 6 due to the atmosphere. Basically your source selection for track 8 felt more suitable when compared to track 6. For track 8 I think there are a few things to clean up like the TV sim effects (The blue tone thing, phosphorous? I forget) and the masking of Hei. He looks a little too stylised and comical for the kind of feeling that you were aiming for, which to me felt like a realist, melancholy feel. Overall the mood was awesome + the combination of live action footage really helped but there are just a few things in there that need fixing editing wise.

The beta i linked is my 30 second one. I've done 42 seconds of my track (leaving me around 10 seconds to finish) but since I'm too lazy to go through the small hassle of rendering out a newer beta, I've decided to just post it up once I get a full beta out.

Agree..the idea for track 6 was use more the anti spiral (the black weird character)
but i had some issues with the dvd writer...mhh considering your point i can fix the ambience of this puting more clips that i must rip...

About the blue effect, is a color correction with more contrst and a very little glow portion.

Originally, Hei started as an original animation but as always happens, one day the project was corrupted and i lost it :'D So it's just the begin of my animation on the track (my second animation ever -_-) and the rest are just Hei clips i found somewhere and that : (

Farm, I can't watch yours right now. I'll watch it shortly and tell you what I think.

But Comps, yes it had only one of the themes used which is fine. The few comedic/funny scene selection kind didn't really fit in. The oversyncness wasn't a real issue with this. I actually liked it. I would just say work on those scenes that aren't really on par with the others. If you want to know what scenes in particular, just ask.

Shinnie, that was just amazing. I see you added more to the beggining. It's so much better. The track is just so creative. Good job.

New clips on track 6.
This time i tried to focus the attention on the Han-rasen (the black and weird character).
Actually that was my intention in the first version xD
But now its better...the idea, dunno if you will like it.
About the quality, is not rendered in the best one, and not processed in virtualdub as usual
