Why the AMV with spanish songs is so discriminated?

You know, the more I look, the less inclined I'd be to say AMV editors have a bias to other languages. True, there's not a lot for Spanish at the moment, but I think that's more based on what people have access to.

By the same token, there's been a pretty strong proliferation of German AMVs (partially thanks to E Nomine), and some of them to such a point that one German language vid (my non-existent kingdom to anyone who can help me find the song from it for general listening purposes...bonus points if the rest of her work is as good as that) actually made an initially unexpected win of best in show at AnimeBoston 2006 (deservedly so, really. But before anyone saw the vid, people would have been surprised to hear that taking the win.)
