Lame MP3 in amvapp?

ok...so all i need to do when my project is done i just export the video only as a no audio video file then i can export my project audio as a .WAV format and besweet it to mp3 192, 128 etc. and then open my project Huffyuv file in Vdub and go to audio>stream and import my project audio from there and that's it?

And you are not using the same version of the LAME MP3 codec as the RC8.
AMVapp RC8 uses Lamp MP3 3.95, not 3.97., that may be the problem.

i had already tried it before with 3.95...and i kept getting the wrong stuff it looked like...so i went and got version 3.97
