For FLCL I'd recommend "Furikurish" by Dark Kamui. Very frenetic and just plain fun. I would normally recommend my own FLCL vid entitled "WTF?" but due to monetary concerns, I had to downgrade my site and remove all the amvs.

As for Cowboy Bebop, I'd highly recommend "Stress", (not sure who it's by). Also check out "Yesterday" by More than Toast if you want an emotional amv. That's all I can think of for now.
