On June 11th, they'll show the movie Ghost in the Shell: Solid State Society at 11 PM. And then on June 18th, they'll show:
11:00 PM NOEIN
11:30 PM TOKKO
12:00 AM MACROSS PLUS
Makes me wonder how it'll stand up against Adult Swim at the time. At least I get to check out Noein even though I heard it'll take a couple episodes before it gets "really good".

Turner Movie Classics aired some Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli films a while back: Turner Classic Movies Spotlight Miyazaki. Each film was shown in English first, then later repeated in Japanese with English subtitles. Only Yesterday was shown both times in Japanese only since AFAIK there was no English dub at that time. (Where's the R1 DVD, Disney?angelx03 wrote:Chances of showing subtitled anime on cable TV is seriously nil; it won't bring in enough viewers.BasharOfTheAges wrote:I'll hold out until they stop showing fucking dubs on TV... eventually it'll be worth it to watch.
