  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Guess I've got to make this 2 posts since my last one stopped formatting correctly.

Good thing I watched it all the way through >_>
Yeah, almost entirely contrary to what I had expected, as it's been said, a very solid video, a couple sequences seemed a little off to me, but in general it was quite slick. I must say I loved the sequence at around 3:10ish, it was simple, but really effective, same with the majority of the other effects used (minus a few minor ones).
Overall a very enjoyable amv, something I would certainly watch again, if only to review some of the cool scene selection and sequencing you did. Nicely done : up :

Have ye so little faith? =P Someone said that about my last video too, which I didn't understand since he liked my first one alot. I'm glad I didn't disappoint.

I suppose it's better to expect little and be pleasantly surprised than it is to expect alot and be let down. I've also got to thank you because your video got me to watch Ergo Proxy and I loved it. :D

I highly recommend checking it out. Everyone I've shown it to loves it. It's an amazing series.

Warheart wrote:Hehe, someone with taste. Some of my fave sources combined (actually I started a MS + EP video months ago but never finished it). To bad you used one of the songs I don´t really like that much but whatever. The video itself is pretty solid, some timing errors and left out opportunities the effects simple but ok. I guess that the sceneseletion is pretty good in most cases and the video quality´s above average. All in all a very solid video that everyone that either likes the music or the anime should take a look at. :)

I think this is one of the few songs of MS that I actually don't like.. I mean it feels so kiddy (teenager) rather then some of their other stuff. But ok music wasn't my pick so nvm that. Overall editing was solid but imo lacked the punch I was expecting. This go's for the overall sync as the FX which in this case don't stand out for them selfs proper. Overall a ok video but not something I'd backup.

Yeah, I'm not much of an effects guy. Maybe some day, but for now I keep it simple.
