Bakadeshi wrote:theres been an update to the rules, I will accept all tracks in 29.97 FPS instead of the previous requested 24. I figure with H264 I should still be able to get a good compression, and Action Editors will enjoy the more fluid and tighter syncing they can get with 29.97.
omgmanythanks :o

As for source, I'm still debating with it, but definately leaning towards Burst Angel & the Burst Angel Infinity OVA

There has been an update to the "Video Frame size" section of the Rules for the project. Please re-read over that section of the rules. Because of the differing sizes required for 4:3 and 16:9, I'd like to get sources in their original size if possible. (such as 720x480 for DVD footage) If you must resize for proper aspect ratio, bigger is better than smaller for the widescreen stuff. (such as 852x480 rather than 704x396, so I don't have to upsize again in doing the 4:3 fullscreen release) I will accept as low as to the project release sizes though if your machine can't handle the bigger stuff.

btw to those using Romeo x Juliet, lets just say l33t raws are the better quality even tho the filesize is massive, quantum raw is the next best pick but has watermark =O
