It's not his 2nd AMV. More like his 20th.

moral of the kanon bumper story is to get the raws from l33t raws instead of DA-RAWs =O

The logo comes from the footage.I used fansubs from Eclipse and StaticSubs for this vid and some of the episodes had this logo while others didn't.For example, the episodes 1,3,4 had it while episode 2 didn't.Totally random :? :?
I generally don't download raws.I jst use my collection of fansubbed anime to make amvs.I learnt of the existence of l33t-raws when Kanon was on episode 15 and by that time the torrents of earlier episodes were pretty dead.So I just downloaded a raw episode from NQ-RAWs in case I'd use scenes from the intro.

The two quick cookie cutters were put there for synch. Not for showing other scene. But it seems that they were unecessary. :?

This is my second AMV using Vegas as editing program. For more than a year I was using Movie Maker 2 and,as Cornwiggle wrote,I've made about 18 mvs with this program...

Glad you liked it.Your Makoto tribute was also very good. What's more,I got the chance to hear "Running Up that Hill",which is one of my favorite songs of Within Temptation, from Placebo. It had a different aura indeed...

Hmm...
Thanks...^_^

You could've used VirtualDub filters (delogo) for logo removal, it would probably look better.

Video itself was good, though...

O:
the logo was burned into the footage, so how would that work?

Yeah, I know it is. This method does not actually remove logo, it's more like blending it in (this only works if logo is transparent and I think that's the case here). Although it's not perfect, it would look better on most of the scenes...

That's why I said "probably" :)
