You made me a sad panda... :S
But from the beginning:
1. Length - ZOMG 11 minutes? Don't wanna break it to you, but only if you are sure you are making ultrasuperawesomeimbapwnage amv you should go beyond 5 minutes length.
2. Editing - cut the shots plz? It's nothing fun in watching the same scene for 30 second, when music changed already and it's plain boring since everything the scene was suppose to show to viewer has been showe already, and now it's beggng for cut
3.Scene selection/story - Ermmm...It was reaaly random. Especially at the second part, when you didn't show why he is fighting, what does this scene bring to the story, and why it is so goddamn long. I guess you had some lyrical connection at the romance part, but it disappeared at the action part. Even though it had some weak flow at the romance part, it was killed by the appearance of the action part. And the lip flap was just another nail to this coffin.
4.Rest - Don't use flash when you have letterboxes or use them before you add thos letterboxes. Cuz in this case it flashed also the letterboxes and it looked bad. Get rid of divx logo. GEt rid of orphan frames liek 00:14 (or somewhere around here). I think that I would give 2/5 if this was only romance part
