Check the good group's releases.

For April Fool's Day they released a gag file titled 'Suzaku of the Counterattack 00' where they used that op (the True My Heart version.)

And it really pissed me off too... I actually thought we'd soon be watching "Nightmare of Nunnaly" as well T_T

don't worry, that manga is a different storyline.

Lelouch of the Rebellion, Suzaku of the Counterattack and Nightmare of Nunnaly are three different stories.
