Hey guys, I re exported the file using a loseless codec. I think I used Huffy. Came out much sharper and I made it Progressive(deinterlaced). I then shot it through Vdub using Xvid compressor in .avi format. It came out much nicer, but is about 86MB's. I'm not sure if that is too high or not. I would think it's a little large for a 3 and a half minute video, but as I've never been worried about HD space I never payed much attention to the file sizes of other vids I DL'd.
Let me know if this is a reasonable size or not before I reupload the video. I'm working with jubjub to try and see if I can compress it a bit more without lossing quality.

Alright everyone I finally got the file to be of much much much higher quality, higher resolution, and also a smaller file size (about 48MB) much more reasonable I would say. So after I figure out how to switch out the video's with a-m-v.org I'd suggest everyone re DL it so A) it takes up less HD space, and B) You have a much better video(video quality wise, not saying anything about editting job)

Alright everyone. I've uploaded the updated version of the video. It's now 640x480 .avi, 44MB, and ready to go. The quality of this video is much better then before and sizeably smaller. The new link is:

Which I think is still the same...
So everyone please check it out and let me know what you think. The more feedback you give, the better quality video's I'll be able to make in the future. Even minor things help. Enjoy!

You still needed to crop your source, then correct it to 640x480, and you didn't deinterlace well enough if you attempted to.ColddFire wrote:Alright everyone. Wooh... Rough crowd. *grins* As soon as I figure out how to deinterlace, better I will. And the same with cropping the black bars. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be doing that tonight. If people think it's worth the extra effort to crop all that I will try to in the next few days, but we'll see. (I'm tired so I'm not in the mood to even think about doing more work on this video) But this is good to know for the future so I know what work needs to be done before creation so as to make less of a hassle for myself and those helping me.
...Next thing I know I'll be redoing the entire video
