well I'm a big fan of the series and especially of the couple u've shown so Yeah I like it very mutch.
The style helped a lot for the atmosphere and it was really original.I expected something more shiny but yeah I like it this way very much.

Really didn't like the eye lid thing. Otherwise, I enjoyed it. I think it would have been better if you used a top and bottom dark wipe transition some of the times instead of the eye lids. 4/5

Very well done!

I have to say though, it was more scary than dramatic to me, since I've had some very sharp experiences of tunnel vision which this video reminded me of x__x

Otherwise, hey, the idea certainly worked out.

KnX: Glad you like it. About sth more shiny - I've felt that going with strong and "shiny" effects in slow drama wouldn't do good :>
blaku92: I know that eye lid annoys some of the watchers, including you it seems, but I couldn't feel the vid without it. So putting it on almost whole vid was a choice of my personal taste, I guess. Still its kewl you like it excluding the eye ;]
Otohiko: Maybe i should put in horror cathegory then?

okay, I've got to say that I was somehow let down after watching the huge technical achievement in the matrix one.
in terms of fx, I'd say the eye fx looks kinda cheesy, especially the blood, eye vision looks different.

still, I approve of the idea and the presentation as a whole.

Oooh, I really like this. It makes me feel not so bad about dropping my own Sorata/Arashi project. They finally get the video they deserved!

You really came through with setting the mood here. One of the reasons I got frustrated with my project was because I couldn't reconcile the sharp art style of X TV with the soft mood that I wanted to set. You managed this wonderfully here with all the fades. Great job!

-Good for Nothing-Sorry for letting you down, but I feel there are amvs who needs high effects, amv that need no effects and ones who need small/more subtle effects. So I couldn't make it like Language clip, since whole idea would be ruined.

About the blood - I must agree that it's still a long way from realistic blood. It still lacks realistic shader and normal border of the liquid. But to do one I would either need programming knowledge, Graphic creation knowledge (programs liek 3dmax f.e.) or some effect plugins that I don't posses (or some effect combination that i haven't thought of). So yeah, it's all because of my lack of skill - sorry for that ^^

jasper-isis To me the most annoying thing in working with X was the fact that 90% time when Sorata smiles he looks idiotic...
