Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

careful with that.

True, but if she just uses the ZarxGUI should be fine. Worst comes to worst she can install to use it, then reinstall the old one after. It's a hassle, but gets the job done (maybe we could ask Zarx if there can be a standalone?)
No worries, I was careful to uncheck all the install boxes except for the H264 tool. And it proved to be a lot easier to use than I thought--I now have a much sharper-looking version of the video in mp4. I will let everyone know once I get a link for it posted. Thanks for your guys' help.

All your vids should be combined into one big movie shown in theaters. I'd pay to watch it. Loved this one as always, BUT I WANT ACTION!!

Wow...good stuff. The editing is good, and the music is just superb.

watch out for later....color correction on some parts of the MV. color is sometimes too flat to match the dramatic parts. Anime is all about its colorful scenes and chars.
If you used wide screen, it will look much better too.

Premiere is good because its FXs are organic looking, but i will stick with vegas for awhile til I get my new machine for AE.

KonoE Studio, I will not give good ops because you put in effort. Quality in terms of artistic touch is what I look for.

x_rex30 has saved the day, and the mp4 version is now available via direct link! :) If you prefer mp4 over xvid, you should grab it because it looks pretty snazzy.

Hmm... that's an interesting point about the colour. I did increase the saturation a bit on my footage. But yeah, I think using colour correction just for certain parts of the video could be a really nice way to enhance it.
I disagree about making it widescreen though. If the anime is originally widescreen, that's great, but if it's fullscreen, all you're doing is cropping out half the show and the shots won't be framed properly because that's not the way they were designed to look.
