Damn right haven't done a solo AMV in over a year, but I've learnt a few tricks in premiere since im relatively new to it along the way through MEPs

Definitely watch the anime, my AMV focusses on Makoto's arc which is about 1/3 of the anime, the arc after, Mai's arc (angelx03's avatar) is actually better I just found Makoto's arc very touching

That's cool, at the end of the day I decided it shouldn't be as important for non-viewers of Kanon to understand the AMV the same way as actual viewers since AMV don't need to tell a story. It's probably more fun if people ended up with different interpretations =O

I like both covers, but then again I'm comparing them to the original Kate Bush version instead of each other.

Awesome job, though. I really need to get around to watching Kanon - it's in my huge queue, as is the old 2002 version.

I got all the Mai raws now

Even though the Makoto arc was in no way my favourite, I still quite enjoy the fact that you captured the few times that she made an impactful contribution. I think your over a year of not releasing solo projects didn't make you crappier at this, in fact, comparing this to your other videos, I gotta say it's definitely been a lot more tighter in its editing. I enjoyed it heaps and maybe because I'm an avid Kanon fan, but I say that this is my favourite of your works yet
