The beginning of Episode 16 has some sort of epilogue for Mai's arc (with Mai's hair down...WOOT!). On another note, not only Shiori is next, but the episode also starts to delve into Ayu's story a bit

especially with her overreaction of Akiko getting sick. Seems like Ayu will do anything she can to make her better.

With all that happening,

Yuuichi reminded Shiori about the "date" he planned once everything with Mai is done. It's your usual activities like the arcade, but they later had a snowball fight and built a tall snowman. And during that time, a remixed version of "Last Regrets" was playing. Man, I haven't heard that song is a LONG time!

And of course tragedy strikes when Kaori contacted Yuuichi that Shiori is in fact dying.

Something tells me that Shiori's arc won't be as lengthy as the other girls' arcs which is understandable.
