Hmmm, I think it MIGHT be the pixels, but when i go into "Project>Project Settings>General", it won't let me select the "Pixel Aspect Ratio", even though it's there =/ Any ideas?

Not project settings, export settings. There's a difference, and they don't have to be the same (though usually you want them to be the same in everything except the codec used).

My fault, I was actually just exporting a low quality clip. However, the problem is that there is a noticeable drop in quality in the video when I drag and drop it from from the top left menu to the timeline. I uploaded a screenshot,

http://img412.imageshack.us/my.php?image=asdfdh2.jpg

The window on the left is from the source, and the window on the right (bad quality), is from the timeline. There's probably a really easy way to fix this but I don't know how because I'm new to this. Please help! :(

First of all, change the right monitor's magnification from "Fit" to 100%, so that you can be sure you're seeing it accurately, and make sure it's not set to "Draft Quality'.

I change'd it to fit to 100%, and that only made it worse, lol. And the quality is set at "Highest Quality".

What is the clip's resolution? What is the project's resolution? Are there any effects on the clip (including any adjustments to the standard Motion)?

At first I just selected the project default it had, I think DV-NTSC Standard 48kHz, which I later changed to Widescreen 48kHz which still didn't work. I checked and found out that my monitor supports the resolutions 1680x1050 and 1280x720, but I couldn't find an option for 1680x1050, so I selected Adobe HD-SDI 720p 60, and the quality seemed to be a lot better, so I decided to test it out and export a clip, but the clip only played sound, so I'm wondering if I'm missing a codec. Is there a site where I could possibly find one? Thanks.
