would you consider a series that uses magic, but no transformation scenes to be magical girl, such as "Happiness!"? I guess Aneino Kaijin's question on Ray earth would fall under the same as this one. oh wait, wouldn't hime-chan no ribbon, listed in your acceptable list be considered the same as these 2 also?
